SRADHA stands for Society for Research and Development of Human Abilities was stated by Ramamoorthy. SRADHA radha works in 9 villages with the following activities:

Children
  • 10 night schools, each with about 30 children
  • Uniforms are provided for all the children in the villages
  • Loans are arranged for higher studies   Youth (Vocational training in the Sradha training centre, Bellur):
  • Tailoring: 10 sewing machines, 2 batches of 10 students (1 year   course, 6 days a week, 2 hours per day)
  • Students: 10 night schools, each with about 30 children. The   students pay a fee of 50 Rs.per month.
Women

Twenty-seve women's groups with fifteen members each. The principal activity is micro-credit which is supervised by SRADHA field staff,

Infrastructure Toilet building program: So far 70 toilets have been built.
