Target Population
What is the target population of the project (age, gender, need, etc.)?
150 families, children between the age group of 3-6 yrs old (25 children), children studying in government school from 1std to 7th standard (50 children).
How will the project benefit this target population?
Education to all children, improving in education for children studying in government school,

150 families in one slum.

Three staff and one coordinator all part time staffs

One staff in-charge of pre primary class and another two staff in-charge of supplementary class as the evening class children are 50 children so each staff will concentrate on 25 children, and the coordinator is in-charge of overall projects.
What specialized training does each staff member need?
Trainings related to their nature of work like methods of teaching, preparing the training learning materials etc.

Educational Qualifications: M.A (Sociology), Degree in Law, Post graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. Since 1994 working in development sector on different issues like Women empowerment, Human rights, child labour project, sustainable organic farming etc.
