2008/08 - Albadi Social School Construction Request

| The Thai/Burma border region is a conflict zone exempt from the
benefits of the Mine Ban Treaty. Rangoon does not support the Treaty
and the ethnic rebel factions continue to use mines to protect their
villages. Cases of landmine accidents in Burma have skyrocketed. The Loi Kaw Prosthetics Fabrication Workshop, located in Burma itself, supplies Prostheses to Burmese and Thai landmine victims. |

2009.07 - Clear Path International Request: Peng Lo and Pang Ma Pha Prosthetics Fabrication Workshops
| Both the Peng Lo and the Pang Ma Pha Prosthetic Fabrication Workshops, located near Shan refugee and internally displaced persons camps at the Thai/Burma border, provide prostheses for Burmese refugees. Victims of landmines placed by Burmese army or ethnic rebel factions, these amputees are desperate to quickly obtain their prosthetics and return home to provide protection and economic support for their families.
